This is just a little project I've been working on in the past week, because I've been relocating my paint desk to the new studio, and wanted to mount all my paints on the wall.
▲ I have a wide variety to paints, but most are Citadel acrylics or Americana (or DecoArt) acrylics. The former are shorter pots, and the latter are taller pots..... much better value for painting terrain.
▲ I designed two racks, that are just shorter or taller. They all have the same diameter, and can be laid out in various configurations.
* For you older gamers out there, do you recognise the "Titillating Pink" colour on the left? It's the oldest pot of paint in my box, and is still usable after about 30 years! Not that I use it much.... because it's pink!
▲ Here's a normal layout, screwed into the wall in neat rows.
▲ And here's the layout I settled on after some messing around. I like this one!
▲ The pots look really good with their bottoms out, and it's very quick to find the colour I want.
